How does it work?

 

Performance coaching first follows a process of discovery, diagnosis, formulation, proposal and agreement of outcomes. Then execution, in weekly or biweekly sessions, interspersed with regular review. You keep working as usual. Cycle length is from 12 weeks to 18 months, depending on complexity. We work alongside any other consultants and projects you have going; they find our input both compatible and helpful. 

 

We tag our delivery to outcomes, not deliverables: the difference is that we deliver real-time results that are net positive, far outweighing the time and cost of seeing us. We stake our delivery on it: results-based payment is a frequent contract option.
